Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds
We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and proof of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

  • Defective Items: If your dissatisfaction is due to a suspected defect, please keep the product and note your place of purchase. We will replace the item and may request you return the defective product for further investigation.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please provide a photo of the product and packaging along with an unboxing video showing the item's condition upon opening. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if applicable. Returns for damage claims without an unboxing video may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Grooming & Hygiene Products (brushes, nail clippers, paw washers, drinking bowls)
  • Consumable & Disposable Items (litter deodorizers, poop bags)
  • Used or Worn Items (pet beds, harnesses, cooling mats, leashes with visible use)
  • Final Sale & Clearance Items

Proof of Damage Requirement
To process a return for a damaged or defective item, customers must provide:

  • Photos of the item and packaging.
  • An unboxing video showing the product’s condition upon opening.
    If no video is provided, we may be unable to approve the return for damage claims.

Cancellation & Change of Mind
If you made a mistake with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase for any changes or cancellations. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to assist. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
